Terms of use

These terms govern the use of tours.naples.it (hereinafter “the site”), run by the operator of this site (contact: connect@tours.naples.it). By accessing the site you accept them; if you do not agree with them, do not use it.

1. Nature of the site

The site is an independent editorial project for information purposes about day trips, tours, tickets and transport from Naples. It is not connected with the Archaeological Park of Pompeii, the Vesuvius National Park, museums, ferry companies, transport companies or tour operators, and does not represent their positions. The names of organisations, places and companies are cited purely for descriptive purposes and belong to their respective owners.

2. Information and accuracy

The prices, timetables, fares and conditions reported on the site come from the operators’ official websites and from the feeds of the partner platforms, with the date of verification shown on each page. We do our best to keep them up to date, but they can change without notice: what the seller shows at the time of purchase always prevails. The assessments (“the train wins”, “the tour wins”) are editorial opinions based on the available data, not personalised advice. Before setting off, check timetables, closures and weather conditions on the sources indicated.

3. Affiliate links

The site contains links to partner platforms: GetYourGuide (main partner), Tiqets and Headout. If you make a purchase after following one of these links, the operator of the site may receive a commission from the platform. The price for you does not change. Every purchase is concluded exclusively between you and the platform or the operator of the site, under their terms of sale, cancellation and refund; the site is not a party to the contract, does not collect the price and does not issue tickets or vouchers.

4. Third-party widgets and services

Some pages embed widgets supplied by the partner platforms showing products, prices and availability in real time. This content is loaded from the servers of the respective providers, who are responsible for it and who may set cookies in accordance with their own policies: the details are on the privacy page.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, tables and structure of the site are © tours.naples.it and may not be reproduced, translated or republished without written permission, except for short quotations with a link to the source page. The photographs are the work of third parties published under Creative Commons licences: the author, licence and source of each are indicated on the photo credits page and any reuse must comply with the original licence. The trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the information published, from errors or omissions, from interruptions of service, or from the performance of the platforms, operators, site managers and transport companies to which the site links. Any complaints about tours, tickets, cancellations and refunds must be addressed to the seller.

7. Permitted use

You may consult the site for personal, non-commercial use. It is not permitted to systematically extract its content, to interfere with the operation of the site or to use it for unlawful activities.

8. Changes

The operator may change these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top. Use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Naples have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide for a different forum.
